Check out this little bit of photographic forensic work by our friend John Cummings over at Spotsylvania Civil War Blog, as he explores whether or not the recent photo tentatively identified as the “Widow Alsop” is in fact her. I don’t know if Laurence Fishburne Ray Langston would be impressed, but we are.
